Channel letters are manufactured using routed .063 aluminum backing and .04 aluminum channel coil that is pre-painted in a variety of colors.  Letter faces are made with .117 standard colored acrylic or .127 white acrylic with applied vinyl in specified color to achieve the desired look.  Plastic jewel trim cap that comes in a variety of colors as well is applied to create the finished look.  Channel Letters are completed with JTLED Lighting.   If you prefer a certain brand of LED other than JTLED, you may choose the “Nonlit” option in the Channel Letter Configurator and install your own LEDs.
